Kyle A. Spaulding is a co-founding member of the firm.  During the course of his 15-year legal career, Kyle has handled a wide array of legal matters for individuals and companies, including litigating cases in mass torts and class actions, commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, and construction litigation.

Since co-founding Neilson-Spaulding, Kyle has continued to represent individuals and business in civil litigation in the state and federal courts of Louisiana, and has also expanded his practice to include successions and donations, estate planning, wills, trusts and estates, business planning and consulting, as well as taxation.
